I grew up in a small town where local businesses kept the community running. That kind of work ethic—and impact—stuck with me.
But as I got older, I saw the gap. Big companies have every resource at their fingertips. Small business owners are left to figure it out alone—juggling operations, finances, hiring, and growth while trying to stay afloat.
I started Chesney Consulting to change that.
